the staff was really helpful and pleasant to talk to. The hotel is just a short stroll from the beautiful St Charles Church and the impressive Vienna State Opera, making it easy to explore the city at your own pace on foot. however, the wifi could have been faster for those needing to work comfortably from their rooms.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of my Classic Single Room. The decor had a charming Viennese style that added to the experience. The location can't be beat. it's close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, from eggs to fresh fruits, and there was always plenty available. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring I felt welcomed. However, the WiFi connection was slow at times, which made it frustrating for streaming. Overall, the mattresses felt a bit too firm for my liking, making it hard to get comfy. These minor inconveniences didn't overshadow my stay, but some improvements could enhance the experience.

Great choice for a nice stay
The breakfast was amazing, they had a giant honeycomb I never saw before and even some lovely birthday surprises in my room, that made my day really special. The staff were helpful, always kind and they helped me with everything from train schedules to making my stay cute.
It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still reasonable.
